Call meeting to order: 5:30 pm
DISCUSSION – We would like to get a loan up to $150,000 to pay off the full amount of delinquent taxes we owe to the IRS. After our meeting with Brandon, the IRS specialist, on Dec 16 we have 30 days to figure out what and how we want to handle this. The IRS is willing to drop the penalty but cannot drop the interest. Roger would rather take care of the whole amount up front. When we do that, we would like to consolidate all loans into just 1. Then we would only have 1 monthly payment.
MOTION to get a loan up to $150,000 to satisfy the IRS unpaid taxes and to consolidate the Campground and Meixner loans into one. McConnell / Johnson, motion carried
