PUBLIC WORKS Jeff filled in for Chis, while he’s at a conference. One blower down at the pond aerator, it has a leak. We have a quote to get it fixed. Generator at the lift station had a bad core heater and coolant sensor. They had to reprogram the computer. Now it runs automatically once a month. We have a quote from Interstate Power Systems for a Preventive Maintenance Agreement. To do yearly inspection and oil changes. We cleaned out gutter on the back of the lift station. They were hard and dangerous to reach so we got a quote from Bruce Andrews Seamless Gutters, LLC to add gutter to back side of the building. Quote came back to $980. Ellsworth will be coming down on Tues the 21st to jet out the Sewer. Glen Anderson is going to come down and clean out the storm drain by Jim Turvaville’s house. We sold the small trailer and the freezer. The posts by the pavilion at the campground need to be replaced. Site 16 & 17 at the campground will need to have their electrical post replaced. It is burnt and fried all the way underground. We would like to put 50 amps in there. Talked to Steve at the campground about Newt Marine wanting to use our boat launch to take rock out to their project. Maybe negotiate to have them add some rip rap up on our beach and around the corner. There are some concerns about the possible damage to our boat ramp and roads. Set up a quick meeting with Newt Marine to see what their plans are.
