Call meeting to order: 6:30 pm

MOTION to accept December 10, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes by Ebensperger / Johnson, motion carried

DISCUSSION Public Works Chris Zenner reports there has been a lot of snow plowing the last few days. A taillight and spring broke on the truck. They have been fixed. Davy Engineering is set to come to the February meeting to go over their reports that have been filed with USDA. They are looking at doing a shallow well on the empty lot on County EE and then combine both wells. We would like to do an informal ballot for naming the roads in the cemetery and the road behind the Village Hall during Elections. This will help us get some extra funds since they are roads he maintains. Chris has a conference he would like to attend in Green Bay March 23 – 26 to keep up on his Wastewater license.

Motion to send Chris to the Conference in Green Bay March 23 – 26 by Johnson / Baker, motion carried

APPROVE / DENY Operators License for Dawson Quade at Refuel Pantry

MOTION to Approve Operators License for Dawson Quade by Johnson / Ebensperger, motion carried

DISCUSSION about the Board Members’ pay. At this time, they haven’t been paid for 6 months. The account is still low, and we must watch the spending. When we are sitting at $50,000.00 in the account for a couple months straight then possibly go back to the normal pay.

DISCUSSION to transfer the funds to the Bay City Days Committee. We would need to find out if using our park would need any extra insurance coverage or does our policy cover that. Also, do they need to get their own 501c3? This has been tabled until we can maybe talk to others that were involved in the past to see how things were handled.
