DISCUSSION Miki Studer, who is starting up a Bay City Community Club, would like to be able to sell some of the kids’ games that are kept up in the Village Hall and put that money toward future Bay City Days / Community Funds. They have a meeting tomorrow night at 6:00 and will separate the stuff they want to sell or keep. She also wants to bring back the bed race and Burnout Contest. Miki asked if we have an account for Bay City Community funds. They need a Tax ID number to start their own account up but, if one is already set up can they just take that over. We will need to contact the bank.
MOTION to give Miki permission to take the inventory of the stuff they want to keep or sell by McConnell / Ebensperger, motion carried.
PUBLIC WORKS Chris got the bids back from Backwoods Electric. They can do the sites 16 & 17 for $4,719.23 or all 5 sites for $10,467. That will have all those sites at 50 amp. Travis will lock in the bid if we send him a percentage of the cost. The work will get done in the spring. The Christmas lights are up on main street. We were waiting to hear back from Xcel if we could put them up. We can’t use 2 of the poles. Sand was delivered last week.

DISCUSSION – GFL extra charge for the 65 Gallon cans. GFL got rid of all the 35 Gallon cans and now all residents have the 65 Gallon cans with no extra charge. Some residents have 95 Gallon cans which is an extra charge of $2.00.
MOTION to change the garbage rates to $22.85 standard and $24.85 for the larger container. (95 Gallons)
DISCUSSION on Resolution No 100-11 Fees for Village of Bay City. Needed to update the non-resident plot purchase amount and the campground fees. Tabled for a later date to determine when someone can purchase a plot as a former resident of the Village.
MOTION to update the fee for non-resident cemetery plot to $1000.00 and the campground fee to $1150.00 monthly, $300.00 weekly, $45.00 daily, $2500.00 seasonal and the tent site $25.00. Johnosn / McConnell, motion carried.
